Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Waffle AI ("the Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. Place of jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is the operator's registered seat, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The operator is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages and to a breach of essential contractual obligations.
3. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, for any reason. Refund requests after 14 days are not guaranteed but will be considered case-by-case. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the Service remains active until that date.
5. Acceptable use
By using the Service you agree to the following acceptable-use rules:
- You may not resell, sub-license, or otherwise redistribute MCP API quota or license keys to third parties.
- You may not use the Service to perform unlawful operations against any WordPress site, including but not limited to unauthorised access, content scraping that violates the target site's terms, or evading content policies.
